Our craft beers are NOT gluten free, however, we do love a good stiffy's and have Stiffy's Hard Cider on tap that is gluten free and available in different varieties depending on the time of year.

Flagship Beers

• Ditzy Blonde - 4.3%

  A light ale brewed with lightly kilned malts to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer.

• American Wheat - 4.2%

  A light-colored pale American Wheat with medium cracker-like malt character and a slight hint of honey and caramel.

• Obed’s Pride Amber Ale - 5.2%

  This ale is a well-balanced brew. Comes across the palette with light caramel and toffee notes and a light pine hop flavor due to the cascade hops to keep the sweetness from dominating.

• Mother Road APA - 5.4%

  An American Pale Ale brewed with a light malt bill and Simcoe hops to produce a well-rounded beer with a grassy, citrusy taste and aroma, but without the strong bitterness of an IPA.

• Upside Brown Coffee Ale - 5.0%

  A dark, brown, medium bodied beer brewed with roasted grains and William Vans coffee beans to produce a smooth roast and malty brew that has a medium body and, you guessed it, roast coffee notes.

• Isaac’s IPA - 6.4%

  A decidedly hoppy west coast style India pale ale, the beer also has a slightly sweet malt backbone and orange hue. Dry hoped to produce a citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

• Hefenator Hefeweizen - 4.2%

  Our take on a German-style Hefeweizen. This style of beer is widely known for its notes of banana, clove, vanilla and subtle spiciness. Our hefenator firmly adheres to that palette of flavors.

Spring/Summer Brews

• Strawberry Blonde Ale - 4.3%

  Our very own seasonal ale with a heady perfume and flavor of strawberry. Slightly ruby due to the strawberries, it has a slight malty character to compliment the fruit that everyone loves.

• Blueberry Wheat - 4.3%

  Our very own seasonal wheat beer brewed to perfection with fresh blueberries.

• Tropical IPA - 6.5%

  Made with five different hops and a specialty yeast this cloudy beer is a remembrance of warmer weather.

Fall/Winter Brews

• Jack-O-Ale - 8.5%

  Our fall seasonal brewed with dark caramel malts, over 100 lbs. of pumpkin, 100 lbs. of brown sugar and fermented in fresh Jack Daniels barrels. This brew is sure to warm you up as winter approaches.

• Dunkel Weizen - 5.0%

  A dark German style wheat ale with soft notes of chocolate and banana, and a potent and pleasant bready character from the many malts used in this recipe.

• Long 9 Black IPA - 6.8%

  A less traditional IPA brewed with heavily roasted malts, cascade and centennial hops to produce a beer dark in color and heavenly in flavor, compounded with pine and floral aromas. Creamy white head, devilishly dark beer.

• Oktoberfest - 6.0%

  This Octoberfest-style lager was brewed with Vienna, Munich, and Pilsner malts, Perle hops, and an heirloom German lager yeast for an authentic flavor experience.
