PLEASE NOTE: Our Craft Beer List is not all-inclusive, and as a Microbrewery with limited supply we cannot guarantee the availability of ANY of our craft beers at any time. Our craft beers are NOT gluten free, however, we do love a good stiffy's and have Stiffy's Hard Cider on tap that is gluten free and available in different varieties depending on the time of year.

Springfield has a rich history in the brewing tradition, and with the opening of Obed & Isaac's a new chapter is unfolding in Mr. Lincoln's neighborhood. Using only the finest ingredients available, we brew and serve in our pub, not just beer- but great beer. We welcome you and hope you'll enjoy the freshest beer in town. Flagship Beers

• Ditzy Blonde - 4.3%

  A light ale brewed with lightly kilned malts to produce a smooth, easy drinking beer.

• Obed's Pride Amber Ale - 5.2%

  This ale is a well-balanced brew. Comes across the palette with light caramel and toffee notes and a light pine hop flavor due to the cascade hops to keep the sweetness from dominating

• Hefeweizen - 4.2%

  Our take on a German-style Hefeweizen. This style of beer is widely known for its notes of banana, clove, vanilla and subtle spiciness. Our hefenator firmly adheres to that palette of flavors.

• Magical Unicorn Elixir - 6.5%

  A hazy, New England style IPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops

• Peoria Skyline IPA - 6.7%

  A light crisp west cost IPA brewed with citrusy hops.

• Upside Brown Coffee Ale - 5.3%

  A medium bodied American brown ale brewed with coffee roasted locally at Leaves N' Beans

 

Spring/Summer Brews

• Strawberry Blonde - 4.3%

  Our very own seasonal ale with a heady perfume and flavor of strawberry. Slightly ruby due to the strawberries, it has a slight malty character to compliment the fruit that everyone loves.

• Blueberry Wheat - 4.3%

  Our very own seasonal wheat beer brewed to perfection with fresh blueberries.

• Summer Saison - 6.0%

  An easy drinking, light Belgian ale perfect for the summer months.

Fall/Winter Brews

• Jack - O- Ale - 8.5%

  Our fall seasonal brewed with dark caramel malts, over 100 lbs. of pumpkin, 100 lbs. of brown sugar and fermented in fresh Jack Daniels barrels. This brew is sure to warm you up as winter approaches.

• Oktoberfest - 6.0%

  This Octoberfest-style lager was brewed with Vienna, Munich, and Pilsner malts, Perle hops, and an heirloom German lager yeast for an authentic flavor experience.

• Von Wolfenshtein - 5.3%

  A Munich Dunkel Bock brewed with Munich malts. Easy drinking and bready.
