Terms and Conditions

To join, fill out the Conn’s Club Card registration form at any of the Conn’s Hospitality Group locations. 

Members accrue one point for every dollar spent, excluding tax, tips and gift cards. Members can earn up to 500 points per day. Points are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards, taxes or tips, special events, or catering services. Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. Card must be presented at time of purchase in order to be awarded points. Valid at Conn’s Hospitality Group locations only.

Conn’s Club cards must be registered with accurate name, unique email address (not shared with another Club Card member), postal address, and members may have only one active account to be eligible to receive rewards. Must be 21 years of age or older to register or participate in the Club Card program. 

If and when a card becomes replaced or combined, the old card becomes disabled and should be thrown away. 

Conn’s HG reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these official rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the program and redemption of rewards. Conn’s HG affiliates are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of participants arising from, or in connection with the use/misuse of rewards awarded or participation in program. The Conn’s HG Club Card is subject to applicable state, federal and local laws and regulations. 

Conn’s Hospitality Group Club Card rewards are subject to change and are non-transferable.
